Returns Policy

In the unlikely even that you wish to return a product to us, then please contact us for an RMA number using sales@zentrica.com or on +44 1256 884 999.  We will request details of the fault, of the product and of the purchase order.  Once this information has been received, reviewed and accepted, we will then issue an RMA number with instructions for the return.

Please use the issued RMA number when referring to the item and subsequent shipments.  Please do not send goods back to us without first requesting an RMA number.  Any products returned without an RMA number will be rejected upon arrival.

Please note that by issuing an RMA number, Zentrica is acknowledging your request to return goods and it does not imply acceptance of a warranty claim.
